Finger foods for a ‘happy dance’

Festivities in the air…new clothes, lots of  food, including that delicious  ‘mithai’ seen everywhere…all this means, it is time to spend some special time with your lovely family and friends and one easy way to make it even more special is to serve some delicious food, that makes losing in the ‘teen patti’  and bonding with loved ones even easier.

Today, we are going to be focussing on quick bites to eat, that do not involve slaving hours in the kitchen by anyone…celebrations for one and all…

Since, this isn’t baking, don’t let lack of ingredients at home deter you from making any of these. Use what you have, you know what your guests like best, add the flavours they enjoy, make use of what is in your store, create your own…use these as your inspiration…Happy entertaining lovely people!

A sweet baked potato or just your good old potato - pack the skin shells with your choice of fillings and voila!
