Is your home looking for an English Makeover?

There is surely something about the look and feel of an English cottage. It’s cosy, it’s warm and just so welcoming. Having had the opportunity to stay in a few gorgeous English cottages, I have picked up a few pointers when it comes to accessorizing your home the ‘English way’.  Pastel shades, florals, dressers, books, wallpaper, large clocks, roses or simply floral prints just shout out ‘English home’ to me. Does this look work for you? Maybe, simply for your hallway or your bedroom? For me, having my kitchen-diner in this style is the best thing ever to happen to my home. If this is the look you fancy for even a part of your home, then do read on.

At this point, I must mention as I have done in the past too, that I am no interior designer (though, my sister, Nupur was one in her past life) but I do love all things ‘nice‘ and absolutely enjoy re-arranging and re-decorating my home and that of others too, whenever an opportunity presents itself.

So, here I am, bringing to you some of my favourite ‘English style‘ looks. Enjoy!
